Middle Sea Race 2020

We left the on 3rd of August from the Azores headed for Trieste. This must have been possibly the longest motoring session in history. for a 60ft trimaran:) and arrived 19th August in Trieste after picking up fuel in various spots along the route.

We then had time to get work done on the main sail and Tweaker system prior to the MSR as well as getting some needed home time and as it turned out a lockdown too!

Set off for Malta at the start of October and had a nice bit of time for training and boat prep prior to racing.

Despite all the strong wind training and foil testing we ended up with a very light MSR. The lightest I have done in the 4 times around the course. However a very pleasurable race.
